Assessment

AssessmentPersonally, I feel that the company is worth more than $1.18. Using $320M less the debt the selling price is $247M........number of shares with warrants/options exercised approximately 212M which means @ .75 cents the transaction fees would be approx. $14M with $3M going into the pot. The P/E ratio on every oil company that I have looked at is greater than 18:1 with RRX at over 35:1, yet our BOD  can only negotiate 12.5:1. In my book, the Chinese are getting a "gift" and yes, most of us made a tidy profit on this stock, but only makes up for the losses previously taken on other "flyers". I would rather sell to a Cdn. company at this price because the investment will be recoup in less than 5 years at present rate of growth.
