RE:RE:RE:Clarke Inc. - Our StrategyI don't find Clarke's past operating history all that impressive, therefore I don't give them benefit of the doubt relative to Spyglass.

I have had poor results investing alongside distressed debt investors.  They tend to structure financing deals that favor themselves and leave common shareholders holding less valuable shares.
