Yes I do know one of the faces if it's the same Roriama that owns the airline, hotels and other businesses in Georgetown. I've met him and I don't believe he's a fool by any means. Google Roriama Airways,

Yes I agree it looks like Roriama may be a tool to bypass regulations but my guess is they aren't doing it for free. I thought there was a paragraph in there that states that Roriama is doing the actual mining, but maybe those are just more words to circumvent mining regulations. Or maybe, just maybe Roriama is doing the mining because they had the infrastructure in place to do so, and as such is being paid for those mining services, along with SOME share of the profits. IMO there's a lack of transparency and all of my posts are just conjuctures will little known information to do go. All I can do is go by my own personal experience and knowledge of how things should work.

I don't believe that Mahdia owned much in the way of mining equipment
