The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

All Quiet

Very low volume today as we wait. I am a little surprised that we didn't see the NR this morning but possibly by the end of the day if not tomorrow. Morgan Stanley where are you??

Hard to believe we are still waiting for for LC-2 results keeping in mind it was spud May 30th.

"The well is expected to be drilled to a target depth of approximately 16,000 feet and is expected to take approximately 60 days to drill and complete."

With side tracking we are now at approx. 95 days. Yes, it has been a long (painful) wait. I hope the numbers are worth the wait.
