"TIGHT HOLE"--how tight?

"TIGHT HOLE"--how tight?

A question for anyone familiar with the oil driiling business: How tight is a "Tight Hole" in terms of controlling information leaking from the drilling platform and subsequent passage of information to the offices where analysis is performed.    TransOcean Offshore and Schlumberger Well Services, the companies I beleive are managing the Namibian operation for HRT.......I've heard that both are first class operations.  Are they so experienced and capable that they can manage total control over  information leaks (which have obviously HUGE economic value to those with the earliest information)?  Thanks for any experience with this very relevant issue with HRT and Moosehead. rl
