Another offer????
Another offer????Does anyone believe that there will be another offer? Listening to BNN they mentioned that the offer was light and possibly another company would bid on Novus. I did read that Yan Chang has the opportunity to match any offers. Hopefully, $1.18 will go higher......have trouble contemplating why people are selling @ 90% of the offer where would you get 10% in 60-90 day window. Every article that I have read states the Chinese received a great " bargain" and I, for one would like this offer to fall by the wayside (Q3 should have revenue in $30M + range with net income betw'n 3-7M???. Definitely hope another offer is received before closing!
