$1.18 too low for a "value optimization process" as management called it last year.

$1.18 too low for a "value optimization process" as management called it last year. For the assest that NVS holds, and compared to other takeovers, this is very low takeover price.

When all the analysts were singing the same tune of $1.20,  my intuition tells me something stinks.

The whole deal seems to benefit the current management team, who get to keep their jobs, and maybe their options.

Let's compare this deal to Daylight Energy, which was bought at a 100 % premium to it's share price, at a time when Daylight was struggling, and if I remember correctly, had to cut it's dividend.

The question remains -  management started a "value optimization process" last year whe they put NVS up for sale.

When NVS is sold at merely it's 52 week high of $1.18 -  THIS IS NOT A VALUE OPTIMIZATION !

This is selling out way too cheap, for reasons unkown to us retail investors.

I think $1.50 to $1.70 would be  A "VALUE OPTIMIZATION" that is realistic.

I will be voting NO.
