This entire fiasco falls on the shoulders of " sherbrooke1 ".  He and a couple of posters have made enough noise and spent some time looking for a shareholder ( pre spin off ) to front this joke.  " troyahorse and pennymaker " being two that come to mind.

This is a " tempest in a tea pot " and a whole bunch of " sour grapes."

This entire scenerio came about as sherbrooke1 was doing his DD on Delphi.  He decided that the spin off of Donnycreek was unfair.................he found those on the Donnybrook site that agreed with him.

As sherbrooke1 is an American and n ot a shreholder at the time, he decided to make some noise and find some sympathetic " followers ".  We live in a litigeous society full of people that have their ideas of what is right and wrong.  Throw in those that have the " life is not fair " gene with their sense of entitlement and we end up with a lawsuit.  That costs them next to nothing.  I hope they all experience some blowback of some kind for wasting the companies time some of their resources and shareholders equity.................they all need to check out the real reason for doing this.

sherbrooke1 is the only reason this is happening.
