RE:UBR CCB relationship

Don't know about when but if news and/or update not forthcoming soon it will that mean no gold this year won't it cause the water will freeze up? They need water in order to mine don't they? My understanding is it is not underground at this point so no action means no work above ground over winter? Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong - and I hope I am. That would mean nothing here until the spring of next year. All IMHO.
