.025 cent financing (pre consolidation) for 1 million which = roughly 40% dilution for current holders @ 40 million shares sold. Not long ago they financed at .05 and couldnt even afford to pay 200k of debt..

So either Rick Baxter is gonna pull a rabbit out of a hat and by some miracle do something beneficial to shareholders with this 1 million or this stocks next financing will be at .10 - .15 aka another 50% haircut as per the current trend. (roughly .01-.015 pre consolidation)

Unfortunately Rick inherited a poorly run company but even so, this financing is a joke.
