NVS could have simply put in a minimum asking price for NVS, then they could have simply ignored any  low ball offers such as Yangchang's.

The fact that they did not put a minimum price for NVS in the "value optimization process" indicates that the BOD are either incompetent,  or intended to sell NVS at any price.

Either way, it shows the BOD interests are NOT aligned with the shareholders, not to mention the conflict of interest issues surrounding their future employment at Yangchang.

This sale  should be terminated, and the BOD made aware that they have not acted in the best interests of shareholders (except themselves).

I am not a lawyer, but does anyone see any legal issues here ?  Are there grounds for "resignations" or "terminations" ?     Maybe so.
