Layoffs

LayoffsWasn't most of the manufacturing being done via Seprotech; which is not in Carp?   And isn't Seprotech the portion of the company that has been loosing money year after year.  Why would they not cut there first.  I did not think that WESA did much manufacturing at all; thought it was mostly and enginnering firm.
