OK, this one I don't know!  I woulsn't keep an underperforming management team around too long...But I have seen this sort of "management retention" before.  If a company like Yancheng wants to start up in Canada, how would they be able to hire top notch talent right out of the gate?  Nobody would choose them as a go-to employer.  They have to get established and make themselves known as a good company to work for before they can weed out the NVS guys and bring in their own guys.

And Sherbrooke - I didn't mean that I think the RRX management team is worth twice as much as the NVS management team, but the market does think so!
