Alphastox Provides an Update on Lakeland Resources (LK.V)Dear Alphastox Subscribers,
I wanted to provide everyone with a short update on Lakeland Resources (LK.V). The company just announced that they completed their first tranche of financing
issuing 5,702,700 units at 10 cents per unit and 1,348,000 flow-through units at 12.5 cents per flow-through unit for total gross proceeds of $738,770. They are still working on closing their second tranche shortly so we should all be on the lookout for that.
Upcoming share catalysts include:
- Commencement of exploration at the Riou Lake (Gibbon’s Creek Target), South Pine and Perch Properties.
- Results from RadonEx Surveys and Boulder Sampling
- Exploration Drilling
