Next AttackWill Melissa (Street Sweeper) make another attack today, as some forecast?
It is one thing to have individual Bashers on site to mislead Investors but Melissa and company, backed by a website, have crossed the line in producing misleading documentation into the public domain, reaching hundreds, maybe thousands or more potential investors, by attacking the credibility, ethics and re*****tion, by targeting the company (Zenyatta), Management (AE) and it’s Directors (Barry Allen) for Financial Gain. Legal action and Formal Lawsuits are now in order for deterrence and prevention of future Short Selling Attacks for profit.
Zenyatta has no choice but to fight against such false allegations made, based on the distortion of truth(s) and to curb or hinder continuance of this practice, of being the easy “Short Selling” Target for profit, based solely on false allegations made in new media on the public domain.
Zenyatta should file suit and petition Canadian Regulators for an immediate “Cease Trade” Order and “Ban from Trading” on Canadian Exchanges, for Ms Melissa Davies, Street Sweeper and any employee’s involved with this company for “Illegal Trading Practices”. The introduction and distribution of misleading and malicious information, false acquisitions into the public domain, in order to “Short Sell” and “Profit” from false allegations made against the company, Zenyatta, it’s Management and Directors, and to influence the investing public of the company, in order to “Short Sell” and then profit, at the expense of the discredited company, Zenyatta.
Zenyatta and OSC should petition the SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) and the home “Attorney General, to file Criminal and Civil Liability charges against Melissa Davies and the Company “Street Sweeper”, for “Illegal Trading” practices, by providing the public domain with false information to unfairly discredit the company Zenyatta and the re*****tions of Management, implying of being dishonest and unethical, without fact and seek “Trading bans” and Liability of C$33M, the amount of MCap lost from the start of the Short Selling Scheme.
