Irrational markets. IFP.A PE 24 to1: WEF PE 10 to 1?

Irrational markets. IFP.A PE 24 to1: WEF PE 10 to 1?Western has a fibre basket attached to all their 8  mills while Interfor relies on other's private log supply in the USA for their American mills. Just look at the number of mills they closed down after the purchases?. Plus Western Forest has a 5% dividend. We should be at a PE of at least 14 to 1, probably 16 to1, if the markets were more honest imho. I have no reason to believe the dividend will not continue and we will probably more share buy backs. Western is firing on all 8 cyclinders and is super charged to go higher, faster, imho.
