Great presentation at Peters conference
3,000 boe/d waiting tie it.
Waskahigan wells now down to about $4m each
Ante Creek wells now down to about $3.2m each
Going to have to increase spacing to drain field and I noted earlier they have approval for 8 wells per section.
Have an additional 6 sections at 50% negotiating with Harvest in Ante Creek which they hope to be the operator of. Harvest has recently announced their intention to downsize in Canada and sell refinery and assets so could be a lucrative pick up here with more sections possible down the road. They are building a formidable base at Ante Creek going forward into 2014 start up of pipeline south with 10,000 boe/d capacity. They are also installing 4 loading bays for oil shipment via tanker truck just in case they are needed. Reserves will have to be adjusted up at Ante Creek as no signs of any meaningful declines thus far.
Wells on steam for Q1 in 2014 at Ante Creek are projected at 9 with 10th to come on shortly after Feb. That goes with the 6 now drilled and 3 over next couple of months.
Grizzly area is showing signs of comparables to Ante Creek and they have to wait for winter freeze up to begin drilling in there so probably around December for that area.
