If I thought management was incompent or lazy I would not be waiting.

If I thought management was incompent or lazy I would not be waiting. With respect,  how do you know if they are lazy and/or incompetent? What we do know. 1)Birley is richly paid. 2) TPN has issued overly optimistic projections in the past. 3) If Kenya is correct, management did an end run around shareholders for Birley's benefit. A very telling and distressing possibility.  4) BTW, why is he getting bonuses anyway? 5) AOI had no trouble getting cash to advance their projects,

What we also know. TPN has interesting property in a Kenya. G&A costs are a heavy burden on us while we patiently wait. Either Birley should earn his money or we should at least cut his salary.
