the word is target...
everybody involved with Solimar, no matter the scale, is frustrated with the under performing share price. i should nt have attacked Monday2 the way i did i just too offence to his obvious sarcasm about resistance. I have read his posts and most are in my opinion unfounded and speculative. Volume is a factor with large and mid cap companies. small volumes can move the share price significantly because the supply is lower. Penny stocks like Solimar need 10s of millions of shares to move it even 1 cent. Only one thing will get Solimar trading at its target price which is basically a guess by cannacord genuity and that is ASSETS. Solimar has nothing. They rent thier equipment, they own leases on land that currently have no proven reserves, they don't even own the hard hats they wear so question my methods of approach all you like but i have been trading 20 years and some of the posters on here are so far gone as far as thier views and what they expect the share to do it's ludicrous. The market values compnaies based on speculative earnings potential, right now Solimar has NO earnings potential according to thier financials. they may acquire earning potential through the proving of oil reserves that can be produced and become listed as company assets buy it takes time. what bothers me is these guys posting about bids and asks and thinking it has much if anything to do with share price in a penny stock. it just doesn;t. Demand and supply are the fundamentals of any transaction but more importantly is the perceived VALUE of these bids and asks. Hence--Resistance! if investors think the company is crap then they will pay crap prices and the market maker who buy shares from people at 1 cent will only be able to sell these shares at a higher price when people decide Solimar is worth more than crap.
