I honestly can't believe...

I can't believe some of the posts here and on the FCU board that regarding the "takeover offer price" and why it's so low compared to the 7.67 "offer". Seriously people, if you don't understand how this all works you should really step back and do some research before playing on the venture or tsx. 

This is pretty basic stuff. At the time the offer was made, the ratio of shares offered was worth the equivalent of 7.67 based on fcu's share price at the time. That will fluctuate with the share price. I'm not sure how it could be any simpler than that.

Simple stuff, read the NR's over and over again until you understand it. ugh.
