LTS vs PBG

LTS vs PBG-now that LTS has been promoted to High School its time to stop the insanity -Wright is in total conflict of interest being CEO of both LTS & PBG -PBG is majority shareholder of LTS and is only surviving off the dividend -without it they are bankrupt -Wright will not act in the interests of LTS because it would kill his other little company -on the other hand PBG could tank LTS if they dump LTS shares on the open market -so what kind of cluster frack is this? -is this not a ponzi scheme in sheeps clothing? -funny how PBG still has a srangle hold on LTS!
