re: PBGYes, the only cash flow that PBG has is the dividend, but its miniscule relative to their assets.

PBG's ownership of LTS is also small relative to the size of LTS,therefore if PBG needed cash, they could just sell their shares.  

In no way does PBG affect the dividend decisions of LTS.  That is just illogical speculation.  LTS cutting the dividend would have no effect on PBG's business other than changing the return on their ownership from dividends to capital.
