definitely seems strange that they sell for a low ball offer considering their low debt, and good prospects for oil and liquids produciton growth.

I wonder what kinds of cash the execs are getting for their termination agreements?

the only need to sell the company was to maximize shareholder value, not minimize shareholder value?

there was no urgency to sell this company from what I know, everything was humming along or is there something they are not telling us???

very hard to swallow this deal for sure and I will vote against it for sure.
