Completely agree LTS will not let their shares go for such a low ball offer. Management has obviously sold everyone out here as they hold little shares but get a nice payday on options and termination fees.... Most likely they've negotiated they will be retained as this company has no presence or management to take it over. So any competing offer will win shareholder approval to kick this bunch to the curb where they belong!
