Something is definately up with ARN but to use Zeus math they should fetch 31% over lowest price of .34 for ta takeout price of .45....absurd just like an offer of $2.85 for TOL. Management and board have a full 2% of shares in TOL 8% with options. They get to vote a full 2% on this bogus deal.
