Placement Coming?

The trade yesterday was a bit unusual on a down day for the PM sector-haven't seen that kind of volume for quite a while. The last trade at the bell got us to .15 only .05 below book value, all the options were granted at book and that's out of the way til next yr. Placement @.20 with a flow through component time will tell, but fall and winter are good times to drill this play?
