Anderson exploration even got a better deal than TOL

Anderson exploration even got a better deal than TOLthey sold 1000 boe/d for 82,000,000 or 82,000 per flowing barrel and they were trading at 0.13, so they weren't in a position of strength to negoitate a favourbale deal.

I don't have the undeveloped land figure for this sale but still it seems that a down and out company that was doing nothing as far as exploration in q2 and q3 and just waiting for an offer just to keep the lights on got a better deal than we did.

Russ please explain your logic for taking this deal give  great numbers you produced in 2013 so far???

there has to be a logical reason to accept a sub-par deal and you must also understand that this deal will not fly, it just won't be approved, I cna almost guaranty that unless you can justify it.

the shareholders are not being told everything are they Russ???
