RE:RE:News!

RE:RE:News! Erryl like yourself, even though I'm a firm long term HRE investor, and I  follow as closely as I'm able to do so, I didn't know, that Baotau Hongbo Tecnology Company Ltd ( BHTC Ltd) had brought a`suit against the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic (Stan's wholly owned affiliate), and after BHTC Ltd had acquired the original mining  licence holder "Central Asia Metals Group" in 2013 !!!   Likewise, I didn't know  The Inter-district court of Biskek had ruled in favour of Baotau.

Apparantly, it was only on  APPEAL to" the higher court  "The Bishkek City Court", that we won the day.

We need to bear in mind, Baotau has the legal right to appeal the The Bishkek City courts ruling  to the Supreme Court within one year of the ruling.  As HRE's latest news release states -  an appeal can only be filed for procedural issues pertaining  to this most recent trial at Bishkek City Court. One of the key issues was the statute of limitations, because Baotau knew that Central Asia Metals Group licence had been revoked. I suspect this now ties into why the State Prosecutor, influenced either politically or by some other means, April 2nd 2013 sued  The State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources and Kutisay Mining LLC (Stans) and asked the Inter-district Court of Bishkek to lift the statute of Limitations .

My previous post details my thoughts on Baotau's game plan to get their gruby corrupt hands on our Stans' licence. Baotau seem to have metaphorically speaking "All of their ducks in a`row"!!!
