RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sept 19th - New Products to Market
house 77 = PHX
They did say they would be continuing to increase their ownership through all avenues public and private.
Anyone who's been a long term investor has been burnt and lied to before with promising PR statements, so I'm not buying their "New" releases. We need to hear about deals, not products.
Let me throw out a few ideas of what their new products will be geared towards...lol

1-Cementing
2-Fracing
3-Gamma
All good add-ons to the existing EDR, but without clients, they are still just that......add-ons.
Another problem would be that the "Big" guys like Halliburton, Schlumberger, Sanjal, Cal-Fracand any other big Frac/cement company have their own software....they dont need it or want it....so who will they sell it too???
Secondly, if they do manage to find clients...they've been trying to source out code and software for these application from other PLC software developers and companies.....they dont have the people in house to develop it themselves.....they wont even own the software and will be at the mercy of its developers to update, integrate and maintain it....not a good position.
At least in the short term there may be a small bump in share price to ease some pain of the losses taken by long term investors, but lets not forget what the "Numbers" in the financial valuate the share price at...PHX knows what they are worth and wouldnd't pay more than the $0.15 they did in the private placement, and they posted a ($0.02) loss per share in the Q2...take that to the bank!!!!
To pay anything over that for shares in this rock is riduculous and everyone will get burnt again...remember, hype got this up to $1.90...poor ***** who paid that, and Coremark who paid $0.69 will attest to the BS these guys dish out behind boardroom doors and PR's.

I hope a few of the good original investors get a chance to recover some of their losses on this latest HYPE...they deserve it!!!
