I totally agree with you on the numbers. I actually put %25 of my portfolio on TOL for the exact same reasons you mentioned. Now that I think about it, I guess with holding you either will end up selling at 2.85 (deal goes through, good if you got in at less than 2.85) OR you will see the reaction of the stock price if the deal does not go through. If no deal, I speculate the stock price will probably increase. But when I am hearing the CEO of the company telling me he and the board of directors unanimously approved the deal, then they lose me now and that's why I said move on. But I hear you on TOL attractive investing opportunity. 

I would love to recommend a similarily attractive company, but there is not. The second to that for me is TOG.
