Your point #2 plus what Clayton Fong said in the CC have sent me a strong indication that submission of TRD application will not be happening in September and that KPMG TaiWan may have more questions sent to LLEN pending for clarifications. 

Questions could likely be disclosure of Lee's $800k loan assignment, details of CIP, imo.
