Buyback plan vs dividend

Buyback plan vs dividendI remember when we had the discussion about the buyback vs the dividend.
Most were in favor of a dividend.
 
I still think it would have been great if Mart would have allowed a mix of both.  Buyback are great when done at great prices like now.
