RE:WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR OLD SHAREHOLDERS ????It means you get hope!   The biggest risk to shareholders in exploreco's is lack of funds and dilution.  This financing is unheard of in this market - A) the size and B) the premium to share price.

This is excellent for shareholders, its alot of cash, and its very low dilution.   Congrats.
