Stable or stagnant?

Stable or stagnant? Why is this stock is not moving?
There are lots of ideas out there but as I said before I think last quater earnings were a lot more disapointing than many expected.

Also the ESL enrollment cycle is on its annual downturn and revenues will not be strong until the new year.  Having
an increase in revenue  from enrollment for the next quarter will be very unlikely.

I dont see schulich coming to the rescue any time soon and banking on that pipe dream is no way to increase this stock. My guess is that this stock is not on the top of Schulich's list.

There will be a massive merging of schools and major staff reductions to keep revenues at pace with expenditures. My guess is KGIC will be see major changes and some other schools will disappear all together (Can you say WTC and PPC?)

I know it sounds crazy but I would expect another acquisition very soon to mask this stock's drudgery. Expect further dilution of the stock to continue.
