Ever since the annoucement of the PP on August 26th, we've been trading in the $0.15-0.185 range with a fairly consistent volume. It can be any one of many reasons, but the longer we stay in this range and with the mounting speculation of a deal to come, we should break to the upside sooner than later. The time horizon IMO is end of September, possibly to mid October. Of course, we do not get the news that we expect by then the SP will most likely break the other way. GLTA
