Don't think any institutions have any restrictions on sub a dollar vs. over a dollar. 

Only ting that matters is probbaly when a stock becomes marginable as a lot of institutions like stocks they can go on margin on for increased leverage/returns. We're from that point.

I wouldn't be surprised if E prints equity if we get close to a dollar. They are probably being encouraged by key shareholders to go out and keep acquiring small businesses. I would be supporting if they printed equity north of 90 cents and closer to a dollar to do another transformational deal. A nice +$20M revenue transaction would do us good.

If we can get north of $100 mm market cap, that's when institutions start to pay attention.
