Ark, I agree with you, it has traded in this range since Aug 26 when they first announced it. I just assumed that when it was made official, followed by news of Korean Zinc also putting money in, and now trading at .17 looking downward when the high was either .185 or .19 (don't remember), I just thought more people were waiting for this to buy back in, along with the selling pressure disappearing. Just a little shocked and dissapointed.
