Villar claims were overstaked by Tesoro concessionsThe criminal complaint filed by MSX against ABX will result in MSX obtaining the actual values research on the 22,000 acres (from LAC & ABX professional data).

Hey quer and others, ABX spent millions core drilling and sampling the Tesoro concessions for three years (1997-99).  The results exist.  ABX financials disclose these investments.  ABX owns those testing on the Mina Pascua Mine (22,000 acres, same property staked by Villar in 1996.
