Excellent post Segundo!  However, what seems to me to be a bit puzzling is that the announcement  of Korea Zinc's  participation in the PP, obviously at their demand, did not affect the price as much or more than Ned's return to the BOD. They simply would not have bothered with this if they had any reservations about this project's viability.  Obviously either the market doesn't understand the significance of KZ's continued active interest in this project or some of us on this board are reading too much into their actions.

My guess is that previous mistakes by management has the market worried that, if there is a way to screw this up, management and the BOD will find it.
