For me, its seems like the pressure is on Romania more than Gabriel. Yes Gabriel has a lot invested, but Romania has more to loose. Instead of outright rejection of the project and with a initiation of a special committee review, shows the politians know that they have more to loose and have taken a steps to keep hopes of the project alive while managing protests against.
I have taken a small position here in belief the project will be approved, with a few more concession from the company.
