You are most likely correct that LLEN was notified by BUYINS regarding the unusually high put options activity. 
As far as not getting too close, well there are many who are either still holding or sold out of fear.  I have to wonder how many are frustrated and angry with GEO's very apparent coordinated manipulitive and I suspect illegal hit piece.....again. 
I for one would like to know what I as a minority common shareholder or anyone with a sense of justice can do about it. We all know that this is going to be an expensive battle. I am not sure how much financial resource LLEN has available to fight the battle with.  I do not want to sit on the sidelines of this battle. Some things are worth fighting for.  Seriously, are there others who relate to what I am talking about?  This may be far fetched but what about a legal defense fund.....maybe set up similar offer such as the Ironridge Global deal. But rather then to pay off debt like the Ironridge Global deal use it for a defense fund.  An issuance of shares of its common stock for the sole purpose for this expensive fight and freeing up cash flow for the Company to execute its legal defense and use existing available money for continuing operations and plans. I know....that may be way out there, but the frustration of only being able to just post on a damn message board just does not cut it for me.  I want to be involved and explore all possibilities on how to help in this fight.  I am not one to just say screw it, lick my wounds and move on. Yes there are a lot of injustices in life.  Am I taking this personal?  Yes I am. But not just for me.  There are a lot of good folks out there that have been affected by this BS.
