The difference in this case is that LLEN went through this before, same type of hitpiece with the same accusations, went to court basically won the court battle. Sino was toppled after one series of attacks.

If Geo turns out to be wrong and are spreading mallicious lies, I see this ending very badly for them. LLEN is a U.S. company, understand U.S. law and have conenctions within the U.S. They won't sit idly by like some of the companies who are based in China. I could see this as the end of GEO. They better bring their A game to the table becuase they are going to need it.

On a side note, it would be ironic if LLEN destroyed Geo in court and got a settlement from them. They could use it to fund their growth. Now wouldn't that be a kick in the pants?
