It holds a 100% interest in two graphite properties located in Quebec: The Miller Graphite Project and Asbury Graphite Project. The Miller Graphite Property is located in Grenville Sur la Rouge, Quebec. The Miller hydrothermal lump-vein historical graphite mine and surrounding property cover approximately 100 square kilometers (km2) and is located 80 kilometers (km) west of Montreal in the Grenville Township. The Asbury Graphite Project is made up of two claims for a total of 119 hectares (ha). It is located 8.1km northeast of Notre-Dame-Du-Laus in the Laurentides Region of southern Quebec.

RE:RE:That's a great financing - Shareholder friendlyadditionally, it is clear that CCB has no issues raising capital and at a slight premium to the current SP and there is no waiting for a PP to close. Stone & Co. Limited know where this is headed.......Exactly SizzlinS. 
All it takes to raise some cash is a phone call. There won't be any negs on the forum asking why we are having trouble closing a pp. Granted it was a small amount but that also proves how management values shareholder dollars. Just go to the website and take a look at management. I believe you'll only see two that 2 faces. That is not top heavy. No freeloaders. Also what has been mentioned already is the fact that the deal is at .40 Nice little bump up... So now we see why the lag in sp. Should be good to go now.
