HRTConsider that current total net assets in the books reflects a value of about 4 Bln, instead company value is just cAD 140 Bln.
Even if Real Net Asset value is about CAD 1 or 2 Bln, with the current market value of CAD 141 Mln, there is convenience to take the company private and sell the assets on a private transaction.
