RE:RE:Bloom BurtonThanks For the comment, I have sent Bloom an email asking if the LP was a placee.  The fund appears to be private as far as I can tell, it has a fund code SCA301 but does no show on Sedar here in Canada, same as Edgar for USA.  The fund shows up under Alternative strategies on  lists with Financial Post with no details.
I  am not into guessing here and if you think that Bloom is no longer retained by Sirona , I have sent a message to Sirona asking for that answer.  Being that Bloom is the larget specialist in financings for small healthcare companies it would think the agreement stll is in place. The retaining of a Investment Banker is usually a contract of full disclosure and confidentiality agreement making the Banker equal to an Insider.  I am not sure if money is exchanged for this service as the investment banker gets paid when they find placees for financings.
