They already got their kick back when FA said he'd either give or sell very cheaply a certain amount of potash. I can't remember the exact details... was about 18 months ago. As for wanting someone else to mine it and screw AAA. Not a chance.... this would make further development by others non existant. On the other hand.... if all we need is the mining license and its already a shoe in via the financing letters... why is the market so cautious?
