Observation????

Observation????Everyone states that the sale is for $320M after debt leaves $247M. At $1.18/share, the o/s shares equates to just over 209M shares which would account for the options/warrants. My question where did the exercised option dollars go.......20M shares at .75 = $15M. (cost of doing business)? Also, with price of oil still high and some contracts secured as per Q2 financials who benefits from the net income for Q3? Will the Q3 financials be available before the special meeting in November? Also, it appears that the small time investors are selling as per daily volumes, but has anyone else noticed that Morgan Stanley is buying a good percentage of these shares? Why? The volume was weaker on Friday compared to the previous days since the takeover was announced so it is possible that everyone now will take a wait and see approach. I know that the general consensus is another bid will not be forthcoming, I still believe that it will. The other reason is that I am not willing to give up 6-7% for 60-90 days as if there isn't another bid the deal will be passed in November.
