RE:Some perspective Exceptional work Glorieux!
"It is hard to imagine that this stock could be $30-40 in the next 6 months, but that is a real possibility, even though the market is not giving it the respect many of us believe it should be getting."
My take, is you assume, 100MT's at avg grade 3% to 4%?
University studies due end-month, or early in October, should give more clarity to entry into possible target markets (Synthetic) based on the Graphite Characteristics tested from Albany. End Users also, now reportly have access to samples for testing.
The RE NI 43-101 due end October will give answers on tonnage, grade and mine-life.
The nearterm Market SP pricing in my mind is questionable. A Bad Market now for a few years that, let's just say politely, is cool to anything resource and no longer values resource plays correctly, whether Gold, Silver, Base Metals or our Graphite. (How can many companies have more cash than MCap, or avg junior gold resources valued at $20/oz)
I think, we will see some sp appreciation near term, as these reports become public and have my own conservative target of $7.50/share based on the RE becoming official end October, showing large tonnage to support 25-30 year minelife. (100 MT's at 3% avg grade, and 27 year minelife with 10% unrecoverable)
End-use Offtake(s) and Buy-out Offers that materialize normally after the weekends, on those Merger Monday's, will catch the markets and traders totally off guard and this will be when we realize the pricing scenario's you have proposed.
Once End-use characteristics are known and enough tonnage is proven to support a mine, then look out, anyday could be the big annoucement day for "Off-takes" and more so, proposal for "Buy-Outs".
Again, your estimates are totally in-line, cheers, Mark
