RE:LG.v owns 1m BGM.v sharesbrodeur,
What do you make the odds for BGM.V trading again in September 2013? In Q4/13? In 2014?

Seems to me BGM is down the path to court ordered protection from creditors while it reorganizes, probably with a share rollback and ultra dilutive financing.  Mines are shutting down everywhere. Companies are walking away from huge gold deposits like Pebble in Alaska so is an extremely tough time to be going around cap in one hand and a boat load of potential in the other.

Anyways, I really want to hear your predictions on when BGM might trade again.

I still see the odds of BGM trading as better than 50/50 but will drop the odds considerably once we hit October and $200K of Sprott money flows back to the lender. After that April 2014 looks to be the hard deadline for trading -- If not trading by April 2014, then odds of ever trading again as BGM.V (without any court order reorganization) is mabye 1 in 10 or even 1 in 20 -- Sprott will want his money back. April is the deadline for its return I believe so everything else flows from those two facts.
