RE:RE:insidersRuffio, just so everyone is clear they are not buying anything over $0.15. The warrants that show a price of $0.16 are included in the shares they purchase at $0.12.  So they are buying 200,000 shares at $0.12 and are given an option to buy more later at $0.16.  Obviously if the price is above $0.16 in a year or so they will exercise. If not, then they wont exercise.

It is still good that they are putting in about $25,000 each so I am not saying anything negative just clariying your post about it being good that they buy above $0.15.
